... why not do the hard work on a workstation (which is going to be faster)
with an IDE that supports immediate compile, syntax checking, context
hints, debugging, etc.
Add to that, if someone has RDi for RPG, Cobol, & Cl development ... they
automatically have a very rich Java development environment.
you have RDi (or just about any of it's predecessors).
