What determines the default version of Java that runs? I know if you have
a JAVA_HOME variable setup this can decide what version of Java to run.
But what if there isn't a JAVA_HOME setup? I have seen some systems start
different versions and I'm not sure what decides what the default version
is. In some instances the system will start the 32bit version of Java vs
the 64bit version of Java so we have to add a JAVA_HOME to make sure it
starts the correct one.
