Hi Thomas

You can either run it native using jdbc or you can connect remotely say running something on your pc - I built a report downloader in Java with eclipse.

What is your main goal - I’ll dig out some example code if you are interested

Hi Thomas,

what do you want to do? I used the Java Toolbox a few times (but that is long ago) - so maybe I can help bit.

Is there someone who has frontend a program java that connects to an IBM
iSeries.

Looking at a rather dated Don Denoncourt book.

I am not understanding how the import for
com.ibm.as400.access works.

From what I can tell this code is located in the IFS buried in
QIBM.PRODATA.JAVA400
