I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but I'll take a stab at it.

My guess is you're under Groups in Navigator for i, and you're asking about
adding user profiles there.  If you add user profiles there, the user
profiles will be changed to include that group.

If I completely misunderstood your question, please clarify, and I'll try
again.
