Problems with LODIMGCLG (was Problems with CRTIMGCLG)

Well I've finally gotten to the point where I've got an image catalog
created and ready to roll.  I vary on an optical device and that works fine,
but I get to this point and it all fails again:

LODIMGCLG IMGCLG(ISOCATALOG) DEV(OPTVRT01) OPTION(*LOAD)

Any ideas what could be going on?
