You might want to find the source RPM for ncurses, install it, and look at the changelog in /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/ncurses.spec to see what's changed since then, but I'm also doubtful you will find anything relevant here. Try doing the following from your tn5250 source directory: $ su -c "make uninstall" Password: $ make clean $ ./configure --with-slang $ make $ su -c "make install" Then try this version (with the S/Lang terminal driver). I expect it to work, which would be the least conclusive outcome.
