I have loose this opportunity, in effect my principal target is change some 
sequnce with other one. With outputcommand=' ... ecc .. ' is the right 
solution for do that.

I have just finish to implement it ( interface + simple example ) and i doing 
debugging but the engine just work !!!

One day lost .... heheheh :-)
