You need to check out the code from cvs.  Do it with these commands:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/tn5250 login

(press enter)

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/tn5250 co tn5250

That will get you the source tree.  Then follow the instructions in the
INSTALL file that is included with the source.
