James, thanks.  Got the file.

However, when I do autogen.sh
I get undefined macros at line 327 AC_CONFIG_FILES
and then .configure doesn't work.  Therefore no Makefile.
Did I do something wrong.

I got the same thing on the files I cvs downloaded.  ??

I couldn't get the patch to apply cleanly either.  I've added Scott's
changes by hand and made a tarball of the complete source available at:

Studying the source to X?  Wow - you are hardcore :)  Where did you get
your 122 keyboard?  Maybe I can get one and try to resolve you issues
(and update the HOWTO to cover 122 keys).
