Hi all,

I've just install a linux system from LFS and I intend to used it for an
AS/400 terminal. I'll need 2 pty one for the AS/400 session and another for
the configuration (it will be a script include in the .bashrc).

My current keyboard is Portuguese, and I want to emulate the keyboard like
the old dumb terminals.

ENTER = FIELD EXIT
CTRL RIGHT = ENTER
CTRL LEFT = RESET
...

I'm using tn5250 version 0.17.3 and the console mode. So I create a
character map based on latin-1 and load it with loadkeys.
Everything is working as plan (except for the keys F19-F24). The users
autologin with mingetty.

The problem is that the user in the configuration needs to press the CTRL
RIGHT to enter commands. Also in the AS/400 the user cannot press CTRL+Q to
quit witch is exactly what I want.

I know that the loadkeys sets the keyboards to all virtual consoles. So I
think that the only option I have is to change the source code, but my
knowledge's of C are low and I don't know what file(s) I need to change.

Has any one have another idea?

Thanks,

Vitor Moreira
