[PATCH] Account for FIONBIO on solaris

Hi All,

(I hope this post is appropriate for the list. A gentle redirect
would be accepted if not.)

I've recently updated the binary package of linux5250[1] for OpenCSW
(a set of packages for Solaris users). To make it build, I required
the attached patch which ensures that FIONBIO is defined. I created
the patch with git, but if it's better to submit an hg changeset, I
can cook that up too. If there is something wrong with the patch, let
me know and I'll tweak it to project standards.
