By those rules I'd submit that Windows isn't ready for prime time  
unless you are a Windows hack.
And OSX.... you get my drift.

How many hours of experience do you have fixing issues on other  
platforms? Of course Linux is not
going to be as easy until you have at least some kind of familiarity  
with it.
