Phil,

As always change is not always welcome.  I have become used to the old "No
Wait Response Search" system and some of it quirks.  But on the other hand
I do look forward to using the new system.  I will withhold my judgement
till I have used it more extensively.  The "No Wait Response" system has
been very helpful to me, keep up the good work.

I'm curious what everyone's reaction is to the "new look" and new
functionality of the eInfo web site for "No Wait Response Search: FAQs,
Tips, PTFs." In order to give everyone a chance for an unbiased opinion,
