As a programmer who has had experience with other ERP systems, I find the Mapic's continued use of RPG instead of ILE RPG a pain. With ILE and the 'prefix' keyword, one could possibly reduce the number of logicals with identical keys but renamed fields. And why don't those logicals include user-defined fields?? I would also like to see a single inventory updater API - then maybe we wouldn't have some many changes for third party solutions in the base Mapic's inventory programs.
