By no means am I an expert on this subject, but past experience has
indicated that passing above 85% DASD utilization has dramatically degraded
system performance.  This was true on boxes well before the CFINT01 issue.
I'm sure that the MIDRANGE-L forum members would be much better suited to
give the technical reason behind the magic DASD threshold.
