   Hey mike

       do i get seamless interfaces to mapics XA...  ??

   I.  Where do i open the PO, perform the receiving, A/P function, in XA, as
   i normally would, do i have visibility of these actions in maincore?

   II.  If I issue a Tool in maincore, where is the on-hand balance stored
   ??? XA ?  does this kickoff an issue to XA  ?

   III.  How about G/L interfaces, if I get all I/M transactions to feed XA,
   i can set up I/M rules.

   You can set up a tool crib in Maincor (Maintenance and Calibration); check
   out tool, track where they have been issued, when they are due back.

   hey out there....
   anybody set up a tool crib system using I/M, PCC, PLMC in vanilla mapics.
   ??
   we'd like to set up a location TCRIB and inventory our tool crib, track
   RP(s), and interface to G/L. We'd like to IP to an MO, specific per W/C
   for tracking tool usage, again with interface to G/L.
   Non-consumables would be 'RS'ed' return to stock.
   This would give us the tracking and valuation we are looking for.
   any thoughts, concerns, gotchas , would be welcome
