In case they didn't tell you, the folks at Affirmative have a nice rubber
boot available to protect the YesTablet. It goes on sort of awkwardly, but
once it's on, it works fine. One word of caution, once the rubber boot is
on, it doesn't clip into their neat little stand anymore. It sits there
OK, but doesn't snap in. Small design flaw.

The YesTablet seems very efficient, I especially like their stand,
extremely efficient
for standing users. We've had much difficulty housing traditional
computers in cabinets
that don't cramp users or the workflow.
There is also the XP tablet option, especially if you need more
capabilities with respect to windows.
A great example is: http://global.acer.com/products/tablet_pc/tmc100.htm
So if you want something more than terminal/WinCE, take a look.
It has built in WI-FI
Especially good for mobile supervisors.
Price competitive, starting at just over $1100.
I acquired on for someone, very easy to configure & use, surprisingly
powerful.
Just not sure about the durability, that maybe the only issue for the
shop.
