This sounds like a separator page. It can be specified on the output queue,
printer device, or at a printer file level. And also on a printer override.

I would check the output queue first.

To work with the setting try the following command (Work with Output Queue
Description) ...:

WRKOUTQD OUTQ(myprinter) /* Put your printer name where "myprinter" is in
example. */

When the description is displayed, check value for "Job separators" it
should be zero if separators are not needed. Use F13=Change to change the
value to zero. (You'll need the printer to be ended to change the output
queue attributes.)

Subject: Printing Question

I'm getting what I'll call a banner page with every MAPICS (AS/400)
print job that goes to a newly setup laser printer (HP4 emulation).
This banner page consists of

User: JohnD

Host: 111.111.111.111

Class: 222.222.222.222

Job: QPQUPRFIL

Any ideas on how to kill this banner page?

Thanks,

Tom
