3rd party freight on PO

Has anyone done anything to track 3rd party freight with a PO?

The PO's that come in Prepaid are not a problem.
For the Collect shipments would get 2 invoices, one from the supplier and
one from the freight company.  How can we track the freight invoice back to
the supplier PO?
