Customer orders can be copied with CSM to create new customer orders. My objective is have this new order to be put on a user defined hold - MGT REV. Will any holds on the original order copy to the new order? Is there a way to set up a copy template that will put a new order on hold. In advance, thanks Mike Dreimiller Mandis Inc.
