Shawn,

Here's how:

1.  Use the CAS backup schedule to run MAPICS backup to disk at a normal
time (we do it at 3pm).

2.  At 5pm, well after backups are done, execute the following CL to take
the disk backup and write it to tape in the identical format as a "Copy
Disk Backup to Tape".

 DSPTAP     DEV(TAP04) OUTPUT(*PRINT) ENDOPT(*UNLOAD) /* +
              Generate tape directory listing */

Obviously, we backup to TAP04.  And I am assuming that you have sufficient
DASD to do a backup to disk.

How do I schedule the savlib command and it's associate parameters to
run automatically at night.  I've used the job scheduler but I'm not
sure how to setup this with the savlib.  thanks
