We use IFM (R6) and maintain customer notes in green screen. Not sure if
it is the same as MAPICS AR.

Have any 'green screen' users  (R6)  found an effective means of using
the
CUSTOMER NOTES capability in MAPICS AR (that was based on AS400
Officevision) without using OfficeVision?

Our accounting department wants to share notes concerning a customer and
would like to start using the Function key access to the original MAPICS
Notes capability.  Other than giving them a folder on a group drive, how
are people tieing this capability to MAPICS a little more directly?
