Audit journal authority errors

Good afternoon - 

Has anyone ever seen the following QAUDJRN journal 'Authority errors' and 
know how to get rid of them? - All of them seem to reference a MUI 
program: MQINSRIO (see below for an example, we are at XA 5.5 & Cum PTF 
7127):
