At least you can get in.

I have three different accounts and all are locked. Infor has been made
aware of the problem since Monday. No resolution yet.

Is anyone having problems accessing the "new and improved" Infor Support
Web Site? I am trying to access the knowledge base and it keeps sending me
to the screen "New Support Line now available" after I click on the XA
Solutions link.
