For Release 5, download SH14687.  
For Release 6 and Release 7, download SH14652.  

These documents may be printed from our Website or saved as a Word 
Document on your PC.

I don't recall if the MAPICS website had some documentation on it or 
not.  We use the offline & offship to process various orders.  We 
populate the offline files, MBG8CPP, MBHHCPP, MBHDCPP,MBG9CPP & MBHECPP, 
then call the program that processes the data - AMBE8XFR.
