On the system tab in Power link you can subset for all the maintenance
   transaction history for that particular object (adds, changes, deletes can
   be viewed or subsetted separately I believe based on maintenance class)
    
   Or you can query the maintenance files directly but it's a little
   cryptic.  (but another holistic way to review things)
    
   I have taken this (extact query) to Excel and been able to query the
   results looking for maintenance to specific fields for example. In  one
   case we wanted to know all the parts that had safety stock changed over a
   given period for example.

     2) Click on the item / Rev
     3) In the top, click on display / maintenance history
     4) Double click on the event
     There you should see the details of what / when / who
