Closing work order short

I am new to Mapics and in my past life, we were able to close wo's short
and be able to returned components issued back to stock, including
location, by selecting a field "Y or N".  With Mapics, we have to
disposition every component one by one and re-enter the warehouse and
location for each one.  Are we missing something here or is this the way
it is.
