MNapics R7 & Powerlink

Hi All

I have an initial Mapics R7.7 test environment set up to do testing etc 
before we go live on R7.8 in 5 weeks.
I have recreated the environment 6 or 7 times over the past 5 months and 
been able to get both LinkManager 
and PowerLink to operate correctly.

However, on this occasion, despite doing nothing differently I cannot get 
PowerLink to sign on.

I enter my username and password and get

Logging In    Then
Launchinbg CLient.

and the window justs sits.

LinkManager tasks have been started and the Mapics Java Server jobs are 
sitting live in the QUSRWRK subsystem

Any ideas where I should be checking and what I should be looking for ???
