Kevin,

We did that extensively - we fed our non-XA marketing system with comments in the orders, which required precise positioning of the comments so we could parse them effectively. So I know that the offline load works correctly. Ours did NOT have that printing problem. Unfortunately, I no longer have easy access to those programs, but if you get really stuck, let me know and I can probably get a PDF of the offline file load program we used. We got the assist we needed from the response line.
