Off line order entry load (release record question)

I'm a rookie here so if I screw this up, my apologies.  I sent this question
late last week but I only just noticed that I needed to smarten up the

So, to reiterate:

Hey you gentlemen and ladies.  Is anybody populating the off-line "release"
record during off line order entry load?

What do I need to populate the HCACGX (offline record type) with?
