[Leif Svalgaard] The Work Control Table QWCBT01 has an entry for
each active (and inactive) job. The associated space for an entry
is
the PCO for a job. For performance reasons a bunch of entries and
PCO's are built at IPL time and nor completely refreshed when an
entry is selected for a new job. In particular the pointer to QTEMP
is just left as is from the IPL. That is: new jobs get an old, but
empty, QTEMP
