Richard, the 'WS FM RB' is by-job for each suspended and active display
file in that job.  On level 30 a program can read the 'WS FM RB's of other
jobs.  Don't worry about the machine space pointer.  I could have used
space pointer.  For an MI program this tiny, one machine space pointer will
probably be optimized into a register, not storage.  The first CPYBWP
initializes the machine space pointer register okay.
