Leif, do you remember my sending you a private email a long while back,
where I was getting (I think) a similar error, and it boiled down to the
PEND; (or something as simple as that) missing from the MI code that *makes*
your front-end ?

I think that's where Chris is having the error, in the source that creates
the front-end. Is that right Chris ?
