I have a sample pgm that I have got on   swapping QTEMP library pointers in
the PCO.  I found instructions in the DCL section with a preceding ?.  What
does this mean?

dcl sysptr ?Index auto init("QWCBT_JOB_INDEX", tpe(Ind, H"A4")
dcl spcptr ?Wcbte .....
