We are writing a clone restricted version of the WRKSPLF command and want to
duplicate the option '7' feature (Display spooled file messages), from the
message returned by the option it appears that the pgm called is QSPDSPFM.
Unfortunately this is not a published API.  

I have created a system domain program to call it but am still having
problems trying to determine the parameters to pass to this program.  Does
anyone know if and how this can be done?
