I've had to catch up on a couple of days of posts in the Midrange Jobs 
National Discussion thread.  If some of you knew the grammar, 
punctuation and spelling mistakes you were making in your emails, you 
might very well be quite embarrassed.  It's important to consider that 
your level of command of the English language will likely be equated to 
the relative skill level/intelligence of said person.
