Lead IT Developer

I am working with a client in central Illinois who has a need for a Lead IT
person with AS400 and .Net Web development experience. They want a ?higher?
level person who can take over their IT department and be a working type
manager. Someone who can do some actual development, as well as lead the IT
area in improving their processes. You would be a key player in assisting
them in growing the company. They use .Net technologies for their Web
