We wrote our own routine that monitors QSYSOPR, any unanswered messages left
on the queue for longer that 30 minutes causes a page to be sent out via
ROBOT Alert.  We have the job to check the message queue set up in ROBOT
Scheduler to run every 10 minutes.  Any unanswered message on the QSYSOPR
queue when the 10 minute check runs, causes a message to be sent to the
people in the data processing department along with the text of the QSYSOPR
message that needs to be answered.  The same job also monitors for severity
99 messages.  The down side of this is, once it starts paging you the system
pages you every 10 minutes until someone does something.

Another program (or part of this one, it's been a while) deletes messages
out of QSYSOPR that we have indicated that we do not care about.  We have a
file that we input the message id of all messages that we do not want to see.
