Well, not exactly. My original question in a previous posting was: What do I need to connect my remote PC's to the AS/400 via dial up. My PC modems are all asynch. Can I hook up any modem to the 400, define an asynch line description and dial in to the Com Controller? I guess I just want to know if I need more hardware or not. > > Just as a follow up to my previous question regarding PC dial-up > > directly into the AS/400, what is the difference between the 2623 6 line > > Com Controller and the 6141 ASCII Work Station Controller? * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the Midrange System Mailing List!
