Hear, hear!  Although I managed to bypass operations as part of my career
path, my current job has me answering a -lot- of questions from users.  And
it's so peaceful and quiet after 5:30!  (:

As far as 'stupid' questions go ("My cup holder is broken"), our main
problem is lack of training.  There's never time to schedule a training
class for users; we'd rather spend time giving out little tidbits of
information as 'problems' show up.  *sigh*  One good class and we'd reduce
calls for MONTHS!
