This seems odd.  I would expect Rumba sessions to require a restart if you
ended QCMN, but not QINTER.  Ending QINTER should cause the screens to go
dark but the connection to stay active.  As soon as you start QINTER again,
the signon screen should be diplayed.

Is there something else going on?
