Thanks for your responses, Bill, but as I mentioned in my original post, I have 
enabled POST in my configuration. I have performed at least 4 IPL's as well as 
a half dozen server restarts since then. 
Any other ideas?

One more thing, whenever you make any changes to the directives,
BE SURE TO RESTART THE HTTP SERVER! The server only reads the 
directives one time; at startup.

   To restart it, type   STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) RESTART(*HTTP)
