   Doug, 

        DITTO never removed the EOF indicator.  Are you looking to extend 
a tape file, Bypass Label Processing, copy a NL tape to some media ???

        Use of the OVRTAPF in conjunction with the cpyf can do all of 
this and more.  But no I have never seem DITTO on CPF of any form.
