pdm vs year 200

I noticed something funny today. PDM is not year 2000 ready (we are on
v3r2). When in the work with member screen, press F17 to select only
some member. You are supposed to be able to select member between 2
dates but the 2 dates must be in the same century! I check a v3r7
machine and it work for dates between 1940 and 2039
