Lan Printing

I have a guy who has AS/400s, Novell, and NT. We are looking at
eliminating the Novell and NT and moving their functions to the AS/400s.
Novell first. Everything looks smooth but I am trying to figure every
angle. I don't have a lot of experience with using network printers. They
are some HPs and the like. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on
what to look for?
