Viewing IO Count instead of Activation Group

Somewhile back someone posted the PTF necessary to change the initial
display of a job's open data files (option 14 from WRKJOB) from the
Activation Groups to the IO Count (like it used to be prior to
activation groups).  I installed that PTF when we were on V3R2, but we
just went to a RISC box at V3R7 and I've lost the PTF number necessary
for that release.  Could someone help me please?
