Client Access on new machine

Just took delivery of a new 150 server model with IPCS.  I am trying to
connect up with CA for 95 and I cannot get it to work!

I have the LICPGM on the 9401, etc. etc.

I am able to talk between my 9402's FSIOP and my 9401 IPCS to send
files, messages, etc., so I know that my IPCS is talking to the network.

I must be missing something very easy.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
