We've had this problem. It was fixed with release V3R1M2 of Client
Access for Windows 95/NT. No explanation as to where it came from was
forthcoming from IBM when I asked. Also there is a workaround for the
problem. Quitting File Transfer and restarting then trying to download
the file usually works.
