It gets a little more complicated if you need to pass data back and forth, but that also is doable. Paul Conte wrote a couple of articles in News/400 last year (I think it was the April or May issue) that give you what you need to get started with VB/ODBC. I've used the code and it works fine, although I think Paul tends to make things more complex than they really need to be. Still, it's a great starting point, with a working demo and everything.
