True, but an easy fix for this is:
   C     N99             z-add  19000000   Nineteen          8 0
   C         FieldDate   ifgt     *zeros
   C                      add     Nineteen    FieldDate    
   C                      end
for each date field in the file.  No need yet to worry about 2000,
afterall. This is a place where Input Primary and Input Secondary is very
useful, btw, especially without the K.
